A conception is that 3d photo”s  should  stick out from the page/screen and hit you in the eye. In some instances that is so.  I have been  convinced by easilly the worlds finest 3d expert   -that 3d is best ” when viewed ” as though looking through a window. Mike Beech an American   is so good his work is unbelieveable–awesome. Writer of many books on the subject –he is so intelligent -having spent £60 on his books -I have to get the dictionary out to se what he means. I asked him if he was a rocket scientist in real life. He uses Photoshop a lot in his 3D work- and believe me his skill with that has to be seen. Will post a ” straight through the window image”.    Another world of rules apply with 3d   and none more than WV–Window Violation.   The edge of the picture is termed the Window–imagine for instance  a photo of a car on the edge–part of the car  protruding forward of the picture  and part behind the frame( picture edge)  our brain would tell us that it is impossible–hence  WV.      PS—3D   SPECS.  NEEDED TO VIEW PHOTO.

Spooky Ken.  You get the feeling that you could walk into the picture and around the car.  It does take my eyes a while to settle down to the glasses though.

This is an example of the 3d work of Mike Beech  of the U.S.A. The original by Roger   from the U.K.  A lot of finesse Photoshop is obvious–just look how the plinth has been built up. 3D Specs needed.

DELORES-  The 3d anaglyph glasses   do have that effect on eyes and brain  untill settled down.  When I can next get in–I will bring you a little viewer-I will  then post the 3d images also in parallel  /left & right-  then you will view without the dark glasses and won”t get that effect on your eyes. As you know I have the 3d LG  PC   Monitor-and viewed with passive specs. it is amazing.

Wow … amazing Ken! I will look forward to the viewer (very kind of you)  although it may take more than that to settle my brain down.
