Today   27th July is the final issue of our local freebie Crewe & Nantwich Guardian. My friend the editor phoned me a few days ago informing me. There will be an on line version. In Crewe they do not get the advertising to maintain a viable production. Demise is the ultimate consequence when support is not given. Nearer to home, who would have thought when Ian set up this Forum some five years ago that there would be so little support given by so many members. What !!? about half a dozen people regularly subscribe and keep the forum alive. Not only so many members not supporting, they do not have the courtesy to give support by making a response to those that do.  Is it another consequence of “Digital Photography” which perhaps attracts people who do not have “photography  in their blood???

Sorry to hear about the printed version of the Guardian being discontinued. I looked forward to reading it. I think the forum might be quite because members are away or having a break from their photography over the summer?
