It’s official, Windows 10 is the cause of my computer malfunctioning.

The latest update, 1702, or whatever has been slowing it to a crawl as it tried to install. My computer shop cannot get it to install and a retreat to W7 is the only answer.

This issue might have occurred if any third party application is causing conflict to the system. To help you resolve this issue, we suggest that you perform a clean boot. Kindly refer to this article for the steps: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.

Note: Please go through the section How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting of the article to boot the computer in normal startup after fixing the issue.

Many having this problem and various solutions. Best get Microsoft to sort it.
