Have you found it yet. Now on “Photo”s–W 10. A useful basic video edit tool. OK to string along a series of photo”s- See the orange tab on top with the tools in Photo”s.

Alas the 1702 update has failed miserably on my laptop and rendered Edge kaput.

Having that experience you can imagine how I felt in facing up to the fact that I had to let it update on the club machine.

    Fortunately, it worked.

That is frustrating. As you know John my computer knowledge is zilch. But this is a wide spread problem  and seems to centred  around the “computer build” . Hope you get sorted as am sure you will.

Just discovered music can be added to the simple  photo or video creation. Choice of music styles or your own selection.  There is a new selection for the monthly competition–say a twenty second film clip of photo”s with music. If only we could download video clips. ??? Or a new club comp.

This morning I have reset my laptop. You lose all installed software but it saves all your files.

It appears to have cured my Windows 10 problem.

    Radical, but necessary.

If anyone else is interested in doing this it is easily found in Windows updates in Settings.

    Settings>Update and security>’recovery>reset this P C.

It gets you back to 1702 Version (or thereabouts) leaving you only a few security updates short of normal current state.

The worst aspect I have encounter with W10 is the DVD player. Seemingly not installed  in W10 due to licence   fees.
