Portraits and Natural History are the two favourite genres at the moment and so it is no surprise that our two portrait competitions this year were well supported, and lots of new work too!
Judge Diane Seddon LRPS did a great job for us and made it a very entertaining evening. Dolores Williams made the winning PDI entry and will be presented with the shiny new Howard Edwards Cup at our awards evening soon. Peter Robinson took top spot in the print competition with The Vicar, which is shown here and he will be the recipient of the Maurice Ashwin Trophy.
Everyone has reason to be proud of the work submitted – it was truly excellent!
The results can be found here.
