Our first Summer feature of members who carried off quite a stack of awards at the end of he 2014-15 season featured Bob Brown, our Photographer of the Year. This week we present Peter Robinson who needed a wheel barrow after the Awards Evening to carry away his cache. He is seen above with some of his winning images for the year; they are (top left) The Posh Chimney Sweep, his Maurice Ashwin portrait trophy winning print, then (clockwise) Wallis Tower Chicago, Life in the old Dog and finally, Lace Making. All these took a first place in one or more competitions during the season.

Peter is a very versatile photographer who is always on the look-out for new angles on subjects that he comes across on his travels. He is now our Webmaster and originator of the Club’s Flickr site which you can visit here. The aim of the site is for members to help each other by commenting on photographs posted there.
