After having a break from the Monthly Theme last month, I’m sure your all raring to get stuck in to June’s theme of texture. It’s a good subject designed to make us look at lighting effects and how it creates form and shape in objects. One of the secrets of landscape photographers is to photograph when the light is low so that the texture of the land is apparent. We can explore that lightening technique to improve our photography of everyday objects. For some inspiration check out the links in the head of the theme’s post on the website. I’m looking forward seeing how members interpret this month’s theme.
