Paul won the Print Colour General League by 5 points securing 94 points in total. Keith Mulliner came 2nd, with 89 points. Judge Bill Preston ARPS DPAGB BPE5 awarded his inspiring ‘Springtime Walk’ top marks in our second Print General competition and 19 marks for his atmospheric ‘Whitby at Sunrise’. In the Print Nature competition, Paul scored 88 points, but was narrowly beaten by Peter Robinson’s 92 points and Wallace Baxter’s 90 points. He had a hattrick of 18s with his ‘Northern Gannet’, Red Deer Stag’ and Common Kestrel’. However, he gained 2nd place in the PDI General and Mono competitions.
Paul came third in the PDI league with 130 points. In the PDI General competition he scored 20 for ‘St Ives Fisherman’ which balanced a warm sunset against a cool sea with the fishing boat bobbling home.
