Members submitted up to six new images. Ian Whiston assembled these into Breeze Browser and displayed them, randomised, in pairs. We all vote for the “best” of the pair. Flawed, of course, because two top quality images can appear together and one has to go, two poorer ones and still one stays in. But, it is a chance to try out new images and makes a good fun evening.

Bob Brown won with his winter view of Elton Flashes (see Image of the Week on the front page), which some of you know from our Christmas cards. He has entered it in the L&CPU Annuals too and it should do well. Second was Ian Whiston’s Hoopoe.

Next week we can have another look at the most successful images and also review the whole season. There will be a light buffet to enjoy during or after the process!
