The 4th Wrekin Arts International Competition for projections had about 8,000 entries this year. Ian Whiston had all his submission accepted and was given the Wrekin Medal for the “Best Mammal” picture for Lioness with Warthog.
He is seen here receiving his award from Richard Bifield, President of the Friends of Ironbridge Gorge Museums who opened the exhibition show at Wellington on Saturday 17th January.
The photo was kindly sent over by Wrekin Arts member John Sweetland.
